No pets allowed. If a pet enters the premises your reservation will be immediately cancelled and you will forfeit not only the cost of your stay, but your security deposit.

No smoking inside The Copper Mines Lodge. Cigarette butts must be discarded in the ash tray provided in the backyard.

No loud noise after 11 pm.

No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum property capacity is 20 people.

No access to doors that are locked. If a door is locked do not enter. An alarm will sound and police will be notified if a breach occurs.

No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.

Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

Do not use the premises for illegal activities.

Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests.
